This beautiful image (and the image below does not do it justice!) was painted (oil on material) by artist Rebecca Giles in an attempt to portray a concept Fr. McKay often mentions. He has a ‘hunch” that in between our next-to-last breath and the last breath we come out of our bodies and stand with the Blessed Mother and watch Jesus enter our bodies to take “the last breath” since he conquered death.
